Siamo in grado di eseguire lavorazioni meccaniche di precisione, tra cui:

  • Rettifica interna, esterna e piana

  • Elettroerosione

  • Lavorazioni su acciai al carbonio, legati, inox, titanio e alluminio

Operiamo anche nella lavorazione della lamiera con:

  • Taglio laser (acciaio, inox, alluminio, rame)

  • Piegatura

  • Saldatura robotizzata



Inoltre, forniamo servizi di dentatura, trattamenti superficiali (verniciatura, zincatura, trattamenti termici) e siamo in grado di realizzare gruppi assemblati per diverse applicazioni industriali.

Siamo nati nel 2025 come Steel Mech Group, dall’alleanza strategica tra cinque imprese locali: Dierre, Essepi, Fester-Mec, Ros e Mec 2.
Abbiamo deciso di unire le nostre forze per rafforzare la presenza commerciale in Italia e all’estero, mettendo a sistema competenze, tecnologie e contatti strategici.

Ci avvaliamo del supporto di un temporary manager, incaricato di sviluppare una proposta commerciale integrata, generare nuove opportunità e rappresentarci nei principali eventi di settore.
Questa figura guida l’espansione del gruppo verso nuovi mercati e aree ad alto potenziale di crescita.

We also offer sheet metal processing services such as:

  • Laser cutting (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper)

In addition, we provide gear cutting, surface treatments (painting, galvanizing, heat treatments), and we assemble complete units for a wide range of industrial applications.

Who we are

We were founded in 2025 as Steel Mech Group, the result of a strategic alliance between five local companies: Dierre, Essepi, Fester-Mec, Ros, and Mec 2.
We came together to strengthen our commercial presence in Italy and abroad, combining our expertise, technologies, and strategic networks.
